Process

We manufacture Black Pipes, Square and Rectangular Hollow Sections by High Frequency Induction Welding Process.

 

As per production requirement Steel Strips are accurately cut from high quality Hot Rolled Mild Steel Coils and fed into the tube mill. After being uncoiled the flat strip is progressively formed as it passes through a series of vertical and horizontal rollers before being welded. The formed pipe passes through an external bead scarf and is then gradually shaped into the desired product by rollers in the sizing section. Finally the pipes are cut into desired lengths.

 

The Cut pipes are passed through Straightening and End-Facing Machines before being Hydro-tested to ensure strong welding and free from leakage.
